Must be requested in writing.

Deposits and payments
Deposit requirement: 50%
Progress payments (if applicable).
Final payment due before or upon installation completion.

Site Access and Preparation

Measurements
Requirement for site measure before manufacture.
Consequences of customer-provided measurements being incorrect.

Ownership of Goods
Retention of title clause.
Ownership remains with the company until full payment is received.

Installation
Acceptance of minor tolerances consistent with industry standards.
Procedures for practical completion.

Cancellation

Limitation of Liability

Photography Rights
